Your all set, book with us! Finalize your date, time, and location.

All services are non-refundable. A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking of 50%. Full payment is due 24 hours before schedule picnic date. In the event your payment is not received 24 hours in advance NO set up will take place.

The choice is yours!  At a park, comfort of your own home, or private location of choice. We service Putnam Hall and anyone within a 25-mile radius (Gainesville, Starke, Palatka, etc.). Additional travel fee will be added outside of 25 miles; contact us if you have any question.

Yes! However, PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BEFORE A TEAM MEMBER ARRIVES. You are responsible for your picnic items. Our phone number can be found on a thank you card; give us a call prior to desired time to leave and we will be over as quickly as possible.

Yes, please feel free to bring your own food and drinks. We offer a charcuterie box as an add on and complementary water.

We do not offer alcoholic beverages. It is the responsibility of the client and guest to check alcohol laws of any venue or public space being used for our picnics. 

Most parks prohibit alcohol consumption.

KK’s Creation doesn’t offer refunds for any services offered. We understand things come up; so, we do allow you to reschedule a booking if notified 72 hours in advance within 90 days of booking date.

Your picnic starts at the schedule time you selected during booking. We understand life isn’t perfect, so we allow a 20min grace period.

If the forecast predicts bad weather conditions on the day of your event, we will allow you to reschedule the booking to a future available date within 90 days of original booking. Please reach out 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking to let us know you wish to reschedule due to inclement weather. 

If you choose to chance it and proceed with your schedule picnic please notify us 24 hours in advance, there will be NO option to reschedule, and no refund will be issued in the event of inclement weather. PLEASE NOTE ANY CHANCES OF RAIN GREATER THAN 50% REQUIRE A RESCHEDULE UNLESS MOVED INDOORS.
